Group therapy can be a great opportunity to experience connectedness & get support from folks that may have some shared understanding or experiences. Often just being in the group environment can be inspiring in itself as you witness each others’ process.
The group format, content and number of participants will vary depending on the focus of each group. There is no artistic experience or literacy level required for groups. Most groups will integrate some elements of Art Therapy/AT., Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy/MCBT & Emotion Focused Therapy/EFT.
